Running site on locally hosted network via IP address?

All versions of Kiosk Pro access locally hosted sites in the same way as Safari. The best way to troubleshoot this is to open the site in Safari on the iPad.

We have had several customers in the past whose local IP address had a port requirement; they have been able to enter the port as a location in Safari, which will redirect to a longer URL, which can then be copied and pasted back into Kiosk Pro.
